Simple Salad :: Gluten-Free

Gluten-Free Simple Salad | Alaina Ann This simple salad has been my go-to salad recipe {and lunch} for many years! I enjoy the fresh ingredients and ease of changing the extras up while still complimenting the dressing.

Simple Salad {Gluten-Free}

romaine lettuce (torn into pieces) olive oil white wine vinegar McCormick's garlic salt with parsley grape tomatoes (quartered) cucumber (sliced and halved) feta cheese baked chicken (seasoned as you wish)

  1. Place romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes and cucumbers in a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and toss.
  3. Sprinkle with McCormick's garlic salt with parsley and toss.
  4. Drizzle with white wine vinegar and toss.
  5. Top with feta cheese and chicken.

That's it! I generally use equal parts olive oil and white wine vinegar, but your flavor preference may differ. When I bake my chicken, I generally use one of the McCormick grill mates seasonings with olive oil, or simply season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Feel free to add {or subtract} any of the add on ingredients to experiment and find your favorite simple salad mixture :) **Always be sure to check ingredient labels to confirm products are gluten-free.
