Greek Yogurt Smoothie :: Gluten-Free

Gluten-Free Greek Yogurt Smoothie I find smoothies to be a great breakfast or afternoon snack. After trying several mixtures, I have settled on this greek yogurt smoothie as my favorite. I am not a huge fan of yogurt, but my body does love it, so I try to eat one serving each day.

Greek Yogurt Smoothie {Gluten-Free}

6 oz. Greek yogurt (plain, honey, berry choice to match/compliment frozen fruit) 1 1/2 cups frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, bananas, raspberries, etc.) 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp honey (optional) 2 tbsp flaxseeds, chia seeds or Mila (optional) Using a blender or mixing device, combine the above ingredients. If you choose to include seeds or another supplement, I have found mixing them with the yogurt or milk prior to blending provides the best consistency in the smoothie. This recipe is quite simple to make and shop for!
